In first grade, we continue to build on foundational skills in reading, math and writing, as students apply those throughout the year to collaborate, investigate, and problem solve. The big word for first grade is GROWTH. We also are learning what it means to be good human beings and how to care for ourselves and each other. We look forward to partnering with you to continue to build student independence and ownership of their learning.
